The development houses 195 rooms and is integrated with Wyndham Ahmedabad Shela, which contributes 192 rooms, taking the combined inventory to 387 keys. Spread across approximately 12 lakh sq ft, the property is designed to host up to 5,000 guests and includes parking capacity for around 1,500 vehicles.

The asset features over 32 venues, including a 40,000 sq ft pillarless ballroom, along with conference rooms, meeting spaces and an auditorium equipped with advanced acoustics, enabling simultaneous large-format events. The property also includes multiple dining and lifestyle offerings such as Aurii (all-day dining), +33 – The French Experience, and Risqué nightclub, with an additional culinary concept in the pipeline.

Managing Director Kalpesh Prajapati said the project aims to create an integrated destination aligned with Gujarat’s growing demand for large-scale events, weddings and corporate gatherings.

With its scale and infrastructure, the project is expected to strengthen Ahmedabad’s positioning as a key hub for conferences, exhibitions and destination events.
