Ahmedabad: In response to the air crash near Ahmedabad, troops from the Indian Army, based at Ahmedabad Cantonment, were quickly deployed under the Southern Command to manage the emergency situation within minutes.

In a display of urgency and dedication, the troops created a breach in the cantonment boundary wall to enable quick access to the crash site. Rescue operations were swiftly initiated in close collaboration with the civil administration, the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), and other first responders.
